About Us

Thrive Pacific NW is a locally owned mobile food truck company founded in 2012

Thrives menu is gluten-free, using only grass-fed, free-range, organic proteins and sustainable seafood. Our ultimate goal is to offer high quality, affordable nourishment to our patrons so they can feel fully alive.

Our head chef, Erika Reagor  founded the company on the premise of serving local, organic, and sustainable food with an international twist. Just because it was made on a truck doesn’t mean it has to taste like it came from one.

Erika is a local graduate from The Cordon Bleu in Portland, Oregon. Her background is in health and nutrition and she has a Nutrition degree from Bauman College in Berkeley, California.
