Thrive’s menu is gluten-free, using only free-range organic animal products and sustainable seafood. Our ultimate goal is to offer high quality, affordable nourishment to our patrons so they can feel fully alive.
Our head chef, Erika Reagor, and manager, Stephanie Vickers, founded the company together on the premise of serving local, organic, and sustainable food in a fun and new way. Just because it was made on a truck doesn’t mean it has to taste like it came from one.
Erika is a local graduate from The Cordon Bleu in Portland, Oregon. Her background is in health and nutrition and she has a Nutrition degree from Bauman College in Berkeley, California. Stephanie has worked in the food industry for over eight years and has a degree in philosophy from PSU. The two owners lead active lifestyles and met at yoga practicing a shared love.
